Do I need to attend both PETS and CLA?
Yes. The dual in-class experience of PETS (March 1 & 2) and CLA (April 27) is a carefully timed and designed program to support your personal leadership development and to prepare you — and your team at CLA — for the best year ever for your club.
There will be opportunities for you to self-design your education program at CLA to fill gaps and strengthen your leadership and understanding of Rotary — the most powerful non-governmental organization in the world.
Do I have to pay when I register?
Most registrants pay by credit card at the time of registration and then seek reimbursement from their club as available.
Clubs typically reimburse at least the basic registration fees for Presidents-elect.
Will I be reimbursed for my hotel room if I stay over on Friday night?
Presidents Elect of District 5495 who must travel more than 50 miles to the Sheraton Crescent Hotel will be reimbursed for their hotel room.
Reimbursement forms with receipts must be submitted to PETS Chair, Barb Feder (firstname.lastname@example.org) by March 15, 2019 in order to receive reimbursement from the District for your hotel room, if applicable.
